Stock:
To purchase stock, the cost is $350.00 plus stockholders dues of $381.50 (including tax) per year. However, to encourage stock ownership your dues will be discounted by half for the first summer. Your total stock and membership dues would be $540.75. You could also purchase stock from an existing stockholder, if they are trying to sell. If so there is a $25 transfer fee, plus the $381.50 stockholder dues.
Summer Member:
To purchase a summer membership, the cost is $490.50 (including tax). To purchase a single summer membership, the cost is $272.50 (including tax). This membership is for a single person living in a household with no children.
Note:
As you may notice, membership dues have been increased by $50.00. The $50.00 increase will be REFUNDED if any family member, above the age of 18, shows up to work for at least two hours during one of the three “work weekends”. The workdays are listed under pool schedule. Please remember that JTAC is a member run community pool. Lifeguards and swim coaches are the only paid employees. We could not have such a great community pool without the help of our members. Although many of you volunteer for family nights and swim meets, only about four families, other then board members, showed up for the work days in the past. Your help, suggestions and input are greatly appreciated. Lets work together to keep our community pools alive!
